Shipping and Delivery
Is shipping included?
The prices published on the Gallery's website include shipping within the European Union.
How long does it take to receive the artwork?
The artwork will be shipped the day the payment has been received. The shipping time depends on the destination and the chosen means of transport by the customer.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
Is my artwork original?
Yes. All the artworks displayed are original artworks. The Gallery does not currently sell prints and copies.
Are the artworks signed by the artist?
All paintings are signed either on the front of the painting, on the back or beneath the piece. If requested, the customer can receive an authenticity certificate signed by the artist.
Can I get a certificate of authenticity with the artwork?
Yes, we provide certificates of authenticity with all our artworks.
Will my artwork arrive ready to be displayed?
All of the artworks are ready to be displayed. Some of the paintings are framed. These details are included in the artwork descriptions listed on the Gallery's website.
Returns and Refunds
Can I cancel an order prior to shipment?
Yes, you can. If you have already submitted your payment, you have to inform us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be reimbursed the amount that the Gallery received.
