Christopher Saliba (b. 1975, Gozo, Malta) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work merges spirituality and memory through richly textured abstract and semi-abstract landscapes. Educated at the University of Malta and the Accademia di Belle Arti in Perugia, Saliba’s evolution from impasto collage to luminous layering reflects a poetic exploration of time, nature, and inner experience. Known for his exhibitions across Malta—from Roots of an Island to Of Time and Timelessness—he has also showcased internationally. His vibrant canvases, found in collections worldwide, evoke both the intimate rhythms of memory and the vastness of the natural world.
